Welcome to the 8th annual ‘Canter for a Cure’™ sponsored ride raising the vital funds to support the development of a non invasive early cancer detection system.

After the huge success of previous ‘Canter for a Cure’ sponsored rides organised by Equetech® at West Wycombe Park in 2006 and Milton Keynes Eventing centre in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 which have raised over £90,000 we have come back to produce a bigger and better course with a purpose built cross country course and two fantastic water jumps, all of course are optional!

We hope with your support that this will continue to grow, year on year! Although the minimum sponsorship on the day is £20 (£15 for under16’s), we would hope most could raise a lot more for this worth while cause. To say a BIG thank you to all of our riders, we will be offering prizes to riders that raise over the minimum sponsorship.

What will your sponsorship money contribute to?
We plan a study involving local hospitals to research the potential of dogs detecting early stage/grade breast cancer from breath samples. If successful this will help scientists to develop a new non-invasive very early breast cancer detection system.
