Speaker request form

Thank you for your interest in having a speaker visit from Medical Detection Dogs. To request a visit from one of our speakers please complete the form on the right. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that all of our speakers are volunteers for the charity who generously give their time to support us. It would therefore be appreciated if you could give as much notice as possible.

We also hope you will understand that sometimes volunteers’ plans change and they may no longer be able to honour a booking at short notice.  We will always do our very best to provide an alternative speaker but this is not always possible given the resources available to us as a small charity so we are grateful for your understanding in the event we may need to rearrange your talk.

All information will be held by Medical Detection Dogs in adherence with the Data Protection Guidelines. We will use your personal information collected on this form to process your speaker request. Details of your personal information may be made available to other volunteers and employees within the charity to enable us to work effectively together.
